Coach Webber conducts complimentary virtual Motivational Interviews with all prospective clients, live online, via a platform such as Facetime, Zoom or Skype. Each interview lasts 30 - 45 minutes and explores the prospect’s motivations for seeking fitness coaching, along with their general capabilities and limitations, plus likes and dislikes for different types of activities.
Additionally, the Motivational Interview provides each potential client the opportunity to learn more about Coach Webber’s philosophy and training strategies. Further, it enables each potential client to get to know the Coach, and vice versa, to see if they make a good fit.
COACH WEBBER: “On my part, I am looking to work with people who are coachable, who are genuinely open to change and are as willing to commit to my fitness training process as I am to helping them accomplish their goals. Can we make a good team together? If so, we can go forward."
After you successfully complete your Motivational Interview, Coach Webber will forward a 90-Day Fitness Goals Questionnaire for you to fill out and return. Once this is done, enjoying the journey of life and fitness begin!
