Aside from building your strength and vitality, developing and maintaining your muscle mass, you can improve your balance, coordination, posture, bone density, experience a boost of self-esteem and a sense of well-being.

Yes, I provide nutritional guidance with all my programs.The goal is to adequately fuel your activity, provide options that fit your lifestyle, and variety to keep you engaged. The FITNESS COACHING BY DESIGN LLC mobile app facilitates meal tracking and includes a library of meal plans and recipes.
This will depend on your progress. I review your Performance Calendar daily, and make changes as needed.
Adjustments are consistently fine-tuned, and the introduction of new programs is possible either at the conclusion of the 90-day program or upon the client's request for change.

No. I develop full body weight programs based on equipment clients have available; equipment is not necessary. Clients will not be asked to buy any equipment or join a gym.
I recommend that you have a physical examination and consult with your doctor before starting any fitness program, especially if you have not been physically active for some time.
